Return/Cancellation
Policy

Please email

for any returns/Cancellations. Tack South will not accept any returns unless we first
issue an Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). Within the first 14
days from the date that the customer received item(s) and you will
receive a exchange, Store Credit or refund of the purchase price.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable and if you had free shipping to you
the shipping we had to pay will be subtracted from your refund. Return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer. Returned/Canceled items will incur a 10% ( $10.00 minimum)
cancellation/restocking/return
fee. Once you receive the RMA# from us return the unused item in its
original packaging and re-saleable (New) condition. We don't accept "Not
New condition/used" items, which means no dirt, hair, marks, signs of
use or etc. All manufacture warranties will have to be settled
with the manufacturer. If you need assistance or have questions about a product please e-mail customer service at

Tack South allows a order cancellation if the order has not started. If the order has already started being processed it can't be
canceled. Email or call us if you have questions.
Custom orders, Discounted
orders, Used items or otherwise noted items are
not returnable/refundable.

Saddle Return/Cancellation Policy

South will not accept any saddle return unless we first issue an Return

that the customer received Saddle(s) and you will receive a exchange, Store

Please put something Clean between the Saddle and horse so you will not get any
hair or etc. on your new saddle in case you want to return it. The Saddle
must be unused in its original packaging

Returned Check Fee

Back Orders
Due to varying dates from
suppliers, we are not always able to ship at once. If
an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and be
shipped as soon as possible.

For your safety, we recommend that you obtain adequate guidance and instruction
in horseback riding from a professional trainer and/or instructor before you
participate in the equine sport. Carefully examine all the equipment you are
using, looking for breaks, cracks or signs of stress and etc. Do not use any equipment
that is broken, cracked or showing signs of stress. All horses have the
potential to be dangerous. Always properly lunge and exercise any horse or pony
( unless otherwise instructed differently by a professional trainer and/or
instructor) before attempting to saddle and/or ride it. After saddling your
horse or pony, walk or lunge it a few minutes and then retighten the cinch
before mounting. The equine sport can be a hazardous activity
which may subject the participant to severe injury or death. Tack South, and/or its
subsidiaries and suppliers will not assume any liability for your activities. Riding equipment or accessories in this online
store or any item from Tack South are not guaranteed for any specific strength
or application and you are using these items at your own risk. Responsibility for the decision to use any equipment or
accessories for riding, training, grooming or etc. rests solely with the user.
Having no control over the use or the misuse of the products, we assume no
liability connected with their use or misuse. Under no circumstances are we
liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense of any kind arising out of the
use or inability to use any of our products.
